We require payment 24hrs in advance of your booking, this can be made by telephone on your credit/debit or AMEX card or by BACS.
If you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 or feeling unwell, we please ask you to let us know so we can reschedule your appointment.
Have you had a cough?
Have you had a fever?
Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms or has recently travelled within the past 14 days?
Are you living with anyone who is sick or has been quarantined?
There will be no cancellation fee.
Please only come on your own at your booked time as we can only allow one client in reception at one time. We respectively ask for you to sanitize your hands and wear our provided mask (or your own) before entering the salon.
Please fill out the questionnaire that will be given to you on arrival (please bring your own pen) These health questions are for the safety of both yourself and our staff.
Sadly, we cannot provide refreshments at this time, you are welcome to bring your own.
Please understand that if any of our staff become unwell it may be necessary to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will do all we can to accommodate your appointment by another member of staff.

We would like to reassure our clients that we will be following B.A.B.T.A.C. Guidelines for Covid-19 for your safety. Appropriate PPE will be worn during treatments and all members of staff have completed the Barbicide Covid-19 course to ensure we are up to date with all the relevant industry guidelines.
We operate a no-touch infrared thermometer.
All appointments are spaced out to avoid clients coming into contact, treatment rooms are sanitized thoroughly after each & every client.
The salon is equipped with Perspex screens on reception, manicure and pedicure areas.
